Free listing on GetRealEstate means:
anyone can list properties in any category, with full description, Google maps reference
and one free photo per listing. Extra photos can be added for 50c each (paid via
secure credit card gateway).
- There’s no limit to the number of properties you can list for free, across all categories.
- Listing period is 42 days, renewable until sold, rented or leased. Automated email
reminders sent.
- You can edit listings and add more photos at any time. - Free listings loaded manually
only (option to bulk load offered under Business Membership).

How to list a property manually (Free Listings Members and Business Members):
Listing your property and uploading photos is done via the GetRealEstate Property
Listing Wizard - it's easy.
The first photo is free. Additional photos are 50c each, payable by Credit card.
You can edit your listing at any time.
Your listing stays on the site for 42 days, after which time you can extend your
listing until your property is sold, rented or leased. You’ll receive 42-day email
reminders.
Extending the listing with one photo is free. Additional photos incur a fee of 50c
per photo. So long as you continue to extend, your listing will remain on the system.
If you fail to extend, your listing will drop off the system, ensuring GetRealEstate
remains current. Each property listing will be treated as a separate Credit Card
transaction.
A tax invoice is automatically created upon payment being made and is stored in
your Membership account for printing.

You can showcase your property listing to appear on the GetRealEstate Home Page
as a Featured Listing. Home Page Featured Listing fees are available on request.
